Giles County Hope House is a non-profit (501-c-3) faith-based organization whose mission is to come to the aid of the battered/abused . We provide food, clothing and temporary housing free of charge to victims of domestic violence. We also provide information regarding community resources and referrals. These include but are not limited to legal advocacy, social services, educational opportunities, job training, child care, crisis intervention, counseling and medical assistance. Giles County Hope House is partnered with Road Home Rescue, an organization that provides a safe haven for pets from these violent situations.
GilesCountyHope House provides each battered/abused victim with the opportunity for a better life free of abuse. We believe that given the right tools, each victim of domestic violence can be empowered to become a survivor. It has been proven that GilesCountyHope House can make a difference, one family at a time.
OUR VISION
By providing alternatives to living in violent situations and bringing awareness to the lethality of domestic violence, it is possible to lessen the occurrence of these crimes and hopefully one day end the siege of such crimes.
